Social Awareness Program

Compulsory for all senior players, meeting at Chisholm Reserve Wednesday 12/10/16 @ 7:00pm

As part of our commitment to providing our members with an open and inclusive environment, ESBCC are holding an educational social awareness session this Wednesday the 12th of October. It is expected that all senior players will be in attendance and we welcome all other members to the session, especially junior coaches, team managers and parents.

The session will be presented by Peter Gillson, from Impact Community who has worked with many professional and local sporting organisations and groups to help them achieve their goals.

Key Outcomes:
• Be a positive role model
• Assess your own attitudes, behaviour and training needs
• Create an inclusive environment
• Encourage the involvement of parents and community members from all backgrounds
• Ability to self-regulate based around club values
